My 11 year old has allergies so bad and could use this. I dont have Twitter so it stops me and that makes me sad.
I really would love to win this prize because I have for small children 3 of which suffer from allergies and are prone to sinus infections, colds, flus and this season seems especially bad. This humidifier would be such a blessing for my children & myself
We live in Colorado where the winter air is so dry it burns the eyes and sucks the moisture out of our skin. I have allergies on top of the dry weather. Humidity is the only relief especially when sleeping at night (and the occasional nap) . It would be such a blessing for my family to win this.

My allergies have truly made me miserable and have even started to affect other areas of my health. I am now seriously having to consider sinus surgery, and without insurance I have no idea how we will manage it, but it is quickly not becoming optional. I was told a humidifer at night in our bedroom would help greatly, so winning this would almost literally be a lifesaver for me. Will be keeping my fingers crossed big time!

Our apartment gets SO dry in the winter (think waking up in the middle of the night to put lotion on kind of dry) and regular humidifiers don’t cut it. I think this one would work better (:

My two year old has extremely sensitive skin. We’ve had a hard time controlling how dry it becomes in our home during the winter time and that’s been trying issue. My sons skin becomes very dry and I have to lotion him multiple times a day. He will sometimes scratch himself to bleeding over night

We live in the icy midwest, for example the low today is 6 and that’s not counting the wind chill. So the air in our home dries out and we run the furnace so often that we really start suffering from dry skin, scratchy throats, etc. This would help keep those necessary levels of humidity!

After this last week we know we need this. All of us have been sick and really needed a humidifier.
What I found about this unit is that it helps fight mildew and molds with the ultrasonic feature. We have an issue with that in our house and unfortunately our teen son is allergic to molds. It is on our window casings and we cant afford to put new windows in our house. We have 6 in our house and 4 have allergies, 3 with asthma. And a 1 year old grand daughter. who needs the humidity in her and mom’s dry room. The unit says will cover about 850 to 100o sq feet, which would work for our main floor of our ranch house. We could centrally locate this in our hallway or living room and it also has a night mode which would be great! I checked it out and got FIVE stars at drugstore.com. Not sure is we are to do a daily comment entry? I would love this unit because we have had flooding in our basement and know that the mold spores also come into the vents up to our living floor above. This unit is supposed to help fight off the bacteria and mildews with the ultrasonic features and STILL put moisture into the air for better health during the dry months.

I know the Ultrasonic humidifiers are not as “wet” as others, leaving a spray of wetness on carpets, and they are supposed to be quieter than others. That would be awesome as we had tried several over the past years that were not the best. We threw them all out!
I’d really like to try this because it’s so dry here. I hate how it messes with our allergies. I think this will really help cut down on that.

We need a humidifier in the house in the winter to make it easier to breathe and to alleviate eye irritation caused by the dryness when the heat is on. I have only a tiny one that keeps quitting because it collects minerals from the water.
My mom would love this…the large rate of coverage is amazing..but I like the low power consumption..mom worries enough about her powerbill. The timer, auto shut off and night mode are perfect for mom as she falls asleep with everything running…and her eyes are sensitive to light at night.
