As you’ve seen in my previous posts about Meatless Loaf and my new knives, I was lucky enough to be chosen as a brand ambassador for Chicago Cutlery. I’ve been enjoying learning to use my new knives over the past six weeks and look forward to using them more in the future. As I’ve gotten more comfortable using them, I’ve noticed how much easier it is to chop and slice different fruits and vegetables and am thrilled with the Chicago Cutlery DesignPro knives.
I have been trying to be more daring with the recipes I make for my family’s dinners. Because we love a lot of vegetables, I’ve been buying a lot more fresh veggies and have been learning to cut, slice and chop them properly. The three knives I have are the 5-inch Santoku, 5-inch Partoku and 8-inch Chef Knives from the DesignPro line. They’re all really, really sharp and so comfortable to hold. The grip on the knives is perfectly designed to ensure that I’m holding the knife correctly for best results.

As you can see in the photos, my vegetables are being sliced and chopped perfectly with clean, straight cuts and no crushed or mashed areas. I really love these knives!
My favorite vegetable that I eat almost daily is the tomato. I’m so happy to finally have knives that let me slice and chop tomatoes the correct way. I can’t believe I waited so long to get professional knives! I would definitely recommend Chicago Cutlery DesignPro knives to help you take your cooking to the next level.
I made a little video for you so you can see how nicely the Chicago Cutlery DesignPro knives work. These babies are sharp and really professional-grade. Check it out!
