    church on Sunday at our Ministry tailgate party. It was greai won a 
    Bible but gave to a young lady who is homeless & needed it a bible her 
    Man won one and me just got a new one & i have a few other ones i love .

    I walk/jog a few times a wk & do Zumba once a wk….I’d like to add Pilates or yoga. I need to improve my nutrition too.

  10. Right now I don’t have a wellness routine.  I lost about 10 pounds on a program but gained it back.  I need something that will be an everyday solution.  I have a plan mapped out as soon as I take my grand baby back home.
