Halloween Costumes and Decorations #KmartHalloween

I can’t believe that Halloween is next week!  I’m usually ready for Halloween weeks before October 31st, but this year has just gotten away from me. My husband went ahead and moved the decorations down from the attic and I used some of them to decorate the porch and front door.

But every year there are a few decorations that didn’t survive being crammed into a tub or look faded after a year in the attic. It’s the perfect reason to go shop for more!  So this year I headed to Kmart and found some more fun things to add to the front porch.

Halloween Costumes and Decorations

Once the decorations were up, it was time to think about costumes. In the past, the kids were all young enough to go with whatever I chose for them. The girls wanted something ‘girly’ and wanted to match each other, but other than that, I was free to choose anything. This year they both wanted their own costumes so we began to talk about their choices.

The biggest help in figuring out a costume was the Kmart Kreator online. The kids and I had a great time going through all of the costumes and deciding which ones they liked the most. The just picked their favorite theme from lots of choices like Superhero, Fairy, Scary and Food & Beverage.

The girls loved browsing through Fairy, Princess, and Witch & Evil Queen. Once they each found some favorites, we uploaded their pictures and could see how they looked in each costume.

It was a lot of fun and saved me time by letting us know which costumes we wanted when we walked into Kmart. You can even add wigs and accessories to all of the costumes on the Kmart Kreator to see how the entire outfit looks together. Shopping with three kids can get a little crazy these days, so I’m thrilled that we had fun finding the perfect costumes online.

You can also have fun making your own crazy costume with the Kreator and enter it in the Ultimate Virtual Kostume Kontest!

Using Kmart’s Kreator is helping me create a fun and memorable Halloween for my family. Try it for yourself! Find all your Halloween needs at Kmart’s Halloween Shop.
