The big day is almost here…. Are you ready? We have all of our gifts under the tree, but it seems like there are so many things left to do.
I’ve forgotten some of the last-minute tasks in the past and am determined to never let it happen again! Here is my last-minute holiday “must do” list:
– Charge camera and video camera batteries – The kids won’t want to stop opening gifts while you wait for your camera battery to charge! Have your batteries charged and ready to go before Christmas morning.
– Don’t forget the down time – We all plan for the big holiday meals, but sometimes forget the others. Make sure you have great snacks, drinks and easy meals to put together while family and friends visit over the holidays.
– Have gifts ready – I like to have a few extra gift baskets or small gift cards on hand for unexpected gift needs. That way I’ll have a gift ready in case extra family or friends stop by during the holidays.
– Batteries and more batteries – make sure you’ve stocked up on Energizer batteries for the big day! From kids’ toys to remote controls and tech products for adults, batteries will be required to enjoy those fun new gifts!
Do not be one of the 90% of Americans who has forgotten to grab batteries to go along with their holiday gifts! Nothing can put a damper on Christmas morning like a child ripping open the brightly colored wrapping paper to reveal their must have toy from their wishlist… only to not be able to play with it until the stores open again because Santa forgot to bring batteries too!
Forgetting to buy batteries has historically been the most common holiday mishap among parents, but it does not have to happen to you! Energizer MAX is the battery you need to power all of your high tech toys and gadgets this holiday season and is available at retailers everywhere. Also, with Energizer’s latest improvements, Energizer MAX® AA batteries now last up to 30 percent longer than previous Energizer MAX® AA batteries in digital cameras.
Energizer MAX® AA and AAA batteries are also designed to protect devices and toys from damaging leaks for up to two years after the battery is fully used. That means even if that toy finds its way to the very bottom of the toy box, you do not have to worry about dangerous spills or leaks when the toy is “rediscovered” months later. In fact, Energizer MAX AA and AAA batteries hold power for up to ten YEARS while in storage! How cool would it be to find a toy ten years from now and it still have power!?
To help you save this holiday season Energizer is offering tons of holiday promotions so you can stock up on your batteries for the holidays and throughout the New Year at your favorite stores like Lowes, Home Depot, Target, and Walmart. Visit http://www.energizer.com/holiday-promotions to learn more.
Do not steal the batteries from your television remote in order to power your child’s new toy! Pick up Energizer MAX batteries and be prepared this Christmas morning.
Happy holidays!
