Nutrisystem Weigh-In – Exciting News About SUCCESS

.

I’ve been on Nutrisystem for 20 weeks now. I’ll admit that I still eat things that I shouldn’t, but those foods are treats every once in a while instead of my daily meals.  I’m eating smaller portions and eating healthier.  I’m so thankful to be able to participate in the Nutrisystem program and am still loving it.

My husband is loving it too, although in a different way.  I read everything I’m supposed to, drink my huge water bottle twice a day (usually), make sure I’m adding my healthy extras to my meals and am slowly getting the pounds off.  My husband, on the other hand, grabs some Nutrisystem meals and bars and heads to work.  When he gets hungry throughout the day, he eats a bar or microwaves a meal.  He’s eating more Nutrisystem each day than he’s supposed to and losing a lot of weight doing it.  It’s still much healthier and smaller portions than what he used to eat, I guess.  I’m trying not to be annoyed because he’s still starting out and his loss will probably level out later. :)

There is some exciting news from Nutrisystem that I’d love to share with you:

Nutrisystem has launched SUCCESS, a substantial reformulation of their program to create the Company’s most comprehensive weight loss program in 40 years. They’ve improved the menu and added increased protein, new Chefs Table Steamer Entrees and programs to support sustained success.

The new foods were developed by Nutrisystem’s Celebrity Chef Culinary Council, including Kent Rathbun, Michael Solomonov, Mark Estee, Carmen Gonzalez and Tony Mantuano.  Fresh-frozen menu items will nearly double  in this exclusive line of Chef’s Table dinner entrees using patented new microwaveable steamer bag technology.  There will also be chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and coffee advanced protein shakes, a new, personalized physical activity program called “My Daily 3™”, and increased personalization and flexibility to help consumers manage their weight on their own.

We were sent three of the new menu items to try out: the Moroccan inspired chicken, Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepe and Citrus BBQ Pork.  My husband tried the BBQ and chicken meals and I ate the Ricotta Crepe.  We thought they were all really good and can’t wait to try the other new items.
