I’ve never been a big breakfast person. I’m not a morning person, so anything that requires effort in the morning is something I try to avoid.
But I know that breakfast is important, and if I don’t eat it, I end up less productive and focused when I start working. I can feel it happening. I start to get hungry and distracted, thinking about a snack or what I’ll have for lunch.
