Yummy! These would be great for summer parties!
I love mini cheesecakes so much! My mom taught me how to make them when I was young and I remember making them for every school event I had! haha! My little secret was that I used Nilla Wafers for the crust
I just placed a wafer in the bottom of each liner.
That’s a great idea!! I’m doing that! Thanks for sharing! : )
So cute! Great recipe.
Those look cute and delicious.
the nilla wafers seemed such a good idea…. i think i’m gonna try this with oreos as crusts!! (cause oreo’s are awesome!!)
Oh my gosh YUM!!! Great recipe

I WILLLL BE MAKING THESE!!
LOVE cherries and cheesecake so stealing this! ty!!!
I just made these. It doesn’t say when to mix the lemon juice in though so I accidentally left it out completely. Hopefully they will still taste good!
Thanks for the excellent recipe!!! I have made these in the past but this recipe blows the others out of the water!!!!! I added the lemon juice in with cream cheese mixture and it just makes it that much better
Looks SO TASTY! I could eat a few of these in one sitting!
Great recipe! I switched it up and used Oreo crumbs for bottom! So good!
i dont have a little muffin pan. Can I cook them the same in a normal muffin pan?
Sure – I would probably bake them for an extra few minutes since the cheesecake will be a little thicker.
When you say “white sugar” in the filling ingredients do you mean white confectioners powdered sugar or plain white granulated sugar? Trying to make these this afternoon and don’t want to mess up!! Thanks!!
I’m sorry! Took a day off with sick kids and missed your comment. It’s granulated sugar. I’ll change it in the recipe so it’s clear for others.
I hope yours turned out great!
wow these look so awsome, im going to make these, thanks for the amazing post
I can’t wait to make these. I’m glad you showed all the step involved makes it simple for me to do. My husbands family has a lot of people who come over on Sundays to watch sports and this will make so many at one time to take there and I know they will love them.

I never thought of this! These and the cookies and cream looks so goo. I’ll have to try them.
This is the best recipe I have found yet to follow. I want to make these for my students. How many does one of your recipes yield? I want to make sure I make enough for plenty of hungry little kids. Thanks!
I made 24 and had some filling left over, so if you make them nice and full 24. If shorter, then maybe 30? Have fun making them. They’re soooooo good.
I’ve made mini cheesecake cookies like this before and they were yummy.
They look YUMMY! I will be doing these for my summer gatherings with the girls.
I have made a similar version of these for years my family & grandchildren love them- they are grea
omgoodness-bitesize cheesecake!!! Yummy!!
These would be great for a party with lots of desserts! I dont know though with them being so small I may feel at liberty to eat more!
I have made these and they are so yummy! And if you dont have any cupcake liners you can just spray the pan with Pam and they come out just fine.
