  2. I love mini cheesecakes so much! My mom taught me how to make them when I was young and I remember making them for every school event I had! haha! My little secret was that I used Nilla Wafers for the crust 😉 I just placed a wafer in the bottom of each liner.

  3. So cute! Great recipe.

  4. Those look cute and delicious.

Great recipe! I switched it up and used Oreo crumbs for bottom! So good!

  16. i dont have a little muffin pan. Can I cook them the same in a normal muffin pan?

    • Sure – I would probably bake them for an extra few minutes since the cheesecake will be a little thicker. :)

  17. When you say “white sugar” in the filling ingredients do you mean white confectioners powdered sugar or plain white granulated sugar? Trying to make these this afternoon and don’t want to mess up!! Thanks!!

    • I’m sorry! Took a day off with sick kids and missed your comment. It’s granulated sugar. I’ll change it in the recipe so it’s clear for others.

I hope yours turned out great! :)

This is the best recipe I have found yet to follow. I want to make these for my students. How many does one of your recipes yield? I want to make sure I make enough for plenty of hungry little kids. Thanks!

    • I’ve made them again since the original recipe (and also based on other people’s input), I’d say this should make at least 2 pans of 24 mini-cheesecakes and some or all of a 3rd pan of 24 depending on how thick you make them.

  26. Judy Lipcsak says:

I’ve made mini cheesecake cookies like this before and they were yummy.

  32. marissa lee says:

I will be making these very soon…thank you

  33. i have a question..
what size of your mini cupcakes?
    (about 1.5 inch ?)
    thank you….  ^^

  34. These are perfect for a baby shower we are helping with. Is this something you can make the day before and just refrigerate?

    • Definitely. When we make them, we always keep them in the fridge and eat them over the next few days. :)

  35. I made these today and they turned great!  One problem though…I have a huge amount of crust leftover.  I measured the amounts exactly according to the directions.  What do you do with all of this leftover crust?  I think maybe the crust measurements should be reduced by half.

    • Hey Donna, I must like a much thicker crust than everyone else? I’ve had a couple of people mention this, so I adjusted the crust measurements a little.

Thanks so much for your input! :)

  36. these look amazingly good!

  37. Hi Mickey…Love the recipe but I just wanted to say, I used 1tsp of crumbs instead of the 1/2 tsp you called for and still had a lot more crumbs than filling…lol…wonder if I did something wrong, but followed the recipe to the letter…they were delicious though!  Thank you and Happy Holidays!1

    • Hey Lisa,

I’m so glad you liked them! I’ve had a couple people mention the crust amount, so I adjusted it a little. :)

Thank you so much for your input! Happy Holidays!

These look so cute and delicious.   I would love Strawberry or blueberry topping too.
    or chocolate.   Yummy

  44. Oh yum , I love cheesecake. These are so easy to make and you can use peach or strawberry instead of cherry. You can also just put a Vanilla wafer in the bottom – save the step of crumbling the graham crackers. You could also use chocolate graham crackers too

  45. These are super cute and would be great for get togethers! Pinning for later.

  46. These were soooo easy to make and delicious too. I won’t be buying cheesecake anymore!!!!!!!
