This is what the tree looks like with a baby boy in the house…
He pulled every ornament that he could reach off of the tree. After trying numerous times to replace the ornaments, we finally got wise and moved everything up.
There is now a baby-friendly zone around the bottom third of our Christmas tree. 🙂
Hahaha. I love it! 🙂 I’m curious to see if we’ll have to do this. We have a 14 month old in the house and we just put our tree up….
When I was growing up, we had this huge (120lbs+) golden labrador retriever. When he walked by the tree and swung his tail, ornaments went flying. (Not to mention when he first saw it, he tried to do his ‘boy dog’ thing.)
Eventually, no decorations were hung within a tail ‘strike’ zone…
