After having a health scare a few months ago, I’ve been more careful about how I’m living. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women in the United States, so it’s important for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I’m spending more time outdoors being active with my family. I love going on long hikes in the woods behind our house.
Or taking long bike rides with the kids.
I’m also making better decisions about what I eat. I try to choose heart-healthy foods and recipes as recommended by the American Heart Association.
I have a lot of favorite recipes that I’ve been enjoying lately, like Pizza Primavera with Cauliflower Crust, Signature Stuffed Squash, and Broccoli Cheddar Rice. All of the recipes are heart healthy recipes certified by the American Heart Association® and are made with our favorite Campbell’s products.
Through their continued partnership with the American Heart Association, Campbell Soup Company helps women care for their hearts.
Campbell provides delicious heart-healthy foods and recipes, along with their Healthy Request® Condensed Soups. This makes it easy for women to find lots of great tasting foods that also have nutritional value, including over 80 options that meet the criteria for the American Heart Association’s heart check mark.
