My kids go to a charter school in our city. It’s a wonderful school, but it depends greatly on parents, volunteers and donations. So whenever there is an awesome way to help our school raise money, we love to participate.
The kids are excited to be heading back to school after their summer track-out break, and I’m excited about helping their school raise some money.
I’ll be doing that with Box Tops for Education.
Box Tops for Education® is one of the largest school fundraising loyalty programs in the nation. It’s an easy way for parents to support the school and an easy way for the school to earn cash. Whether they want books, playground equipment, field trips, or something else, schools can spend the money where it’s most needed.
We’ve been saving Box Tops for Education since my older daughter started Kindergarten. So many of the products that we love come with the Box Tops on the box, so I just rip them off and throw them in a bowl in the cabinet.
Once each quarter, I take them out, trim them up and send them in to the school. I love how easy it is to support and raise money for my daughters’ school. Especially on all of the great products I would have bought anyway. Win win!
Over 80,000 K-8 schools participate in Box Tops for Education and have received over $175 million since the launch of the program in 1996. That’s amazing!
Be sure to save up Box Tops for Education and help your kids’ schools too! Just grab lots of awesome General Mills® products at Walmart on your next shopping trip and clip those Box Tops.
