Is it just me? Or does it sometimes feel like life hits you with a lot of stuff all at once? When you least expect it, when things are rolling along just the way they should, everything is going well, then BAM!
I’ve had a few weeks like that and am doing everything I can to get back on track.
And most importantly, I’m doing everything I can to stay positive and to not get discouraged. To remember to take care of myself and not just worry about others. One thing that’s been really helpful for that is talking to my personal coach from Weight Watchers.
Instead of getting frustrated that I’ve had a few setbacks with my eating and exercising, I’ve been able to stay focused on my goal thanks to my coach. She’s make suggestions on how to stay active when I stayed with a loved one in the hospital and advice on what to eat when I could only choose from hospital cafeteria foods.
She’s been there when I needed encouragement and a little bit of positive thinking.
Now that we’re back at home, I’m looking forward to making lots of delicious, healthy meals and to get back on track with my weight loss plan. To get started, I’ve made a huge list of great Weight Watchers recipes to try, and wanted to share some of them with you.
Here are 15 great Weight Watchers recipes to help us all get back on track.

Loved reading about how WW personal coaching is helping you with your weight loss goals. I love the idea of being able to get that 1:1 support when times are tough.
This awesome program. My neice had started WW and after awhile gave up. But three months later she stuck to it and at the end of one year had lost 110 pounds. That was 3 years ago and she’s kept it off.

I’m amazed at so many filling and satisfying recipes – not like chewing on cardboard or anything ephemeral!! Real good and comforting!
I would like to try weight watchers, it is the only one I haven’t tried yet.
My mom and I are watching our weight, so I look to Weight Watchers for advice and recipes. I plan on trying the Garden Style Lasagna.
These recipes are awesome! Even if not following the WW program, what a great way to prepare healthy meals for the family! Thank you for posting.
Orange chicken and rice is my fave.
I don’t really have to watch what I eat. I do eat healthy just because it’s what I prefer. I don’t like the fake tastes of prepackaged foods. I make all my food from scratch so I have spoiled myself with real flavors and no additives. I would like to try the Loaded Cauliflower Bake, but I would make this homemade and put my own twist on it 🙂
thank you so much for these weight watchers recipe ideas! i bookmarked this page. I started watching what i eat and eating healthier last month so i cant wait to give these a try
I would love to try the 3 Cheese Veggie Pizza Whole Wheat Crust recipe! I love pizza!
I really love Orange chicken!
I’ve lost 35 lbs in the past year. A huge feat for me as it was 20% of my weight. Love these recipes for keeping this going
I think the smartest way to lose weight is with WW you can alwways eat and still lose the weight and if you follow it right you will lose between 5-7lbs.
That orange chicken looks awesome.
I personally believe there is nothing wrong with being heavy as long as you are internally healthy. There’s a difference between skinny and slim, as with eating healthy and dieting. Thank you for this!
