Work and More with the Acer Iconia One 7

A couple of weeks ago, I shared how I’m using our new Acer Iconia One 7 to get ready for the holidays. I’ve been using it in the kitchen to look up and follow recipes, and have been keeping lists of all of my family members’ Christmas wishes. It’s nice to have everything so easily accessible, wherever I am.

Once the holidays are over, I’m looking forward to using the tablet for lots of other tasks too. 

When I’m playing with the kids around the house, hanging out on the deck watching them on the playset or working on an amazing craft project in the kitchen, there are lots of great ways to use the tablet. I can play music to enjoy with the kids, or if I’m sitting and watching them play, I can catch up on a little reading. I like to browse the news or my favorite blogs and see what I’ve been missing.

I can also get work done wherever I am when I have my Acer Iconia One 7.  When I’m not sitting at my desk and working on the laptop, I’m still constantly needing to check emails, social media accounts and my schedule. I can easily switch gears from relaxing with the kids to getting work done on the go, and this Intel tablet makes it very easy.  

I’ve started using the Google Calendar app to keep track of my various obligations, and this tablet makes it easy to take my to do list with me to add to on a regular basis.  It is a good size for reading and writing, which are essential to my work as a blogger.  I find myself doing a lot of research on this tablet, and I enjoy working with it.

Of course, when I’m not working or using the tablet myself, it’s in high demand. The kids love to play games, work puzzles on it and then to sit together on the couch and watch a kids’ show on Netflix together.

The Acer Iconia One 7 tablet is the perfect size for curling up to read, to work or to relax. I know I’ll have lots of uses for our Acer Iconia One 7.

  5. I like the keyboard on it and I could use a smaller tablet to do the work I want to do since I can’t get my iPad away from my son unless he is sleeping.

  6. Looks like a great tablet for pictures..I am so gadget duh its not funny .I am so on the desktop .If
     i had this or laptop in bed i am afraid i would never get out of bed 😀 thank you for the share 

  8. I like that we can use it for different things like storing our recipes, watching Netflix and surfing the web.

  11. I love how you can organize yourself with the google calendar on that tablet and because it’s a tab, you can always bring it with you while you do errands!

  12. Life is better with a good tablet isn’t it, lol. From what I read you get a lot done with the tablet. I wish I had a tablet, sometimes, but I’m more of a personal computer kind of person.:)
