Easy Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 packet of Carnation Breakfast Essentials Milk Chocolate
1 banana
1 cup skim or almond milk
1/2 cup of ice

Directions

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.
Recipe makes one serving. Increase amounts as needed for additional servings.

Many years ago I would drink the carnation instant breakfast. This is something I need for grandchildren when they just don’t want to eat before school. I could feel good knowing they were getting what they need with this
