This Italian Sausage Penne is made with Johnsonville® as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars.
I’ve been trying to make more of an effort in the kitchen lately.
I’m sure most of you know how I feel. We have crazy hectic days during the week with school, homework, after-school programs and sports practices. By the time dinner rolls around, I don’t always have the time or energy left to cook a big meal.
So while I’m making an effort to prepare healthier, more wholesome meals, I also want food that won’t be too difficult to prepare on those busy evenings. This Italian Sausage Penne Pasta Recipe made with Johnsonville® Italian Sausage is exactly what we need.
I made the entire recipe in the time it took to boil water, cook my pasta and make a small side salad. That’s awesome!
By using Johnsonville® Itallian Sausage links, I was able to make a filling, wholesome meal that was packed with protein. The links come frozen and are easy to cook on the stove on the grill, in a skillet or under the broiler. Since they’re already packed with Italian spices, I can just cook, slice and add to my favorite dishes.
