I have talked a lot about my health and fitness journey over the last year or so here on A Helicopter Mom. One that I have not talked about much has been my eating – or how often I am eating rather. It has always seemed so counterintuitive that I needed to eat MORE food more often in order to get healthier. But it’s true. However it isn’t just about how often I eat, but also what I eat as well. Cutting back on sugar and making sure that I eat every couple of hours has truly made all of the difference.
I recently got the chance to talk about one of my favorite go-to snacks. Fiber One Bars, available at your local Costco, are delicious little perfectly-portioned snacks for between meal times.
Since I eat about every three hours and I am constantly on the go, I love that I can toss a Fiber One Lemon Bar or Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar in my bag to grab when it is time for a snack.
