If there is something I’m always looking for, it’s a way to save time. We have three young children and never seem to have enough hours in the day to do everything we’d like.
So when I come across great “Life Hacks” that help save time and effort, I’m thrilled.
Life Hacks for Busy Moms
1. Useful Info – Create a family binder with all of the information you use on a regular basis. Contact information, important documents, account information and provider information. Everything will always be within reach when needed.
2. Instant Smock – Use Press’n Seal plastic wrap on the front of your child’s shirt during messy meals or arts and crafts. No smock or bib to clean afterward – just peel the plastic off and throw it away!
3. Activities Ready – Use old shoe boxes or large zipper bags to create activity kits for your kids. Whether it’s a coloring book packed with crayons and stickers or a more elaborate craft package, your child will love being able to choose his/her own activity.
4. Clothing Plan – Organize your kids’ clothes for the week ahead and place the outfits in order from Monday to Friday. In the morning, your child can grab that day’s entire stack (underwear, socks and clothes) and get dressed on her/his own.
5. Easy Snacks – Pack small baggies of snacks for the kids ahead of time. Whenever they need a snack or when you’re heading out the door and need something fast, the kids can each grab a snack bag.
We recently discovered Honey Maid Go Bites and love using them in our snack bags.
The kids all love Honey Maid Go Bites and I love how easy it is to create a fun, wholesome snack with them.
The Go Bites are crispy little pockets with vanilla or chocolate flavor inside, and contain five grams of protein and seven grams of whole grains( in a 30g serving).
They’re perfect for easy, fast and wholesome snacks for little ones.
Be sure to try Honey Maid Go Bites for easy, wholesome snacks for your kids!
