Week 4 on Nutrisystem was the first week I’ve struggled a little bit. I didn’t eat entire meals I wasn’t supposed to, but I did have a few days where I grabbed an extra snack or ate 2 desserts instead of one. The good news is that I’m not eating extra because I’m hungry… I’m eating extra because it’s really good. The bad news is that I’m eating extra!
As most of you know, I don’t eat meat, so this is the first weight-loss program I have found that has it’s own vegetarian plan. I love that I have so many delicious meat-free options to choose from and don’t feel like I’m eating only a few items over and over.

So many choices! I have really been enjoying having such a huge number of choices each meal. All you Veggies out there know how hard it can be to find such a great variety of prepared meals that are healthy and meat free.
