If you ever cook for church functions, neighborhood cook-outs or work potluck dinners, you know it can take a lot of work. I always sign up and volunteer to cook for those functions and then regret it later.
Between deciding what to make, shopping for ingredients and then doing all of the cooking, it’s always seems like more work than I anticipated. Especially if I’m cooking enough for lots of people.
But I won’t be doing that anymore.
This will be my new go-to dish for cook-outs and huge functions – Byron’s Pulled Pork BBQ!
.
.
Doesn’t it look amazing?
It tastes amazing! And that’s coming from a girl who grew up in North Carolina, a state known for it’s amazing hickory-smoked BBQ. If you’ve ever had authentic North Carolina BBQ, then you know how amazing it is. There’s just no comparison.
Except for Byron’s. Honestly, it tastes just the same.
We love it!
Not only is Byron’s hickory-smoked pork BBQ delicious, it’s also easy. Not kind of easy, I mean EASY.
I take the wrapping off the package and cook it in it’s own aluminum pan – whether it’s still frozen or already thawed out. That’s it!
.
.
It’s ready to eat! And with it already in it’s own pan, the Byron’s BBQ tray is ready to go for an event or party. I can just pop the aluminum top back over the top and it’s ready.
It couldn’t be easier.
.
.
The aluminum tray can be heated on the grill or in the oven, or you can cook the BBQ in your slow cooker. And since the 4 lb. tray of Byron’s BBQ is large enough to feed 20-30 people, it’s perfect for large get-togethers and cookouts. Or just grab a tray for family meals over the holidays – eat as a BBQ sandwich, stuff it in a pita or just enjoy it on it’s own.

You can find Byron’s Fully Cooked BBQ exclusively at Sam’s Club.
