The girls each have their own swing along with a hanging bar and hand rings to swing up on, but my son just had a baby swing. He’s too young to safely hold himself on a regular swing, so if he wanted to swing he had to be strapped into the baby swing. Unfortunately, he stopped liking that a few months ago and doesn’t want to sit in it anymore. We thought he just didn’t really like swinging, but now we know that isn’t the case.

As soon as his new Thomas the Tank Train Swing arrived, my son was in love. He actually climbed into it and sat in it by the front door, calling “shoe! shoe!…shoe! shoe!” (Choo-choo!) and wanting us to pick him up and swing him back and forth.
