I don’t eat a lot of meat. While there are some foods that I just can’t do without, for many of our meals I find that it’s simpler to go meat-free.
Our days are already hectic and busy, so I love that it can be faster, easier and healthier to make meatless meals. And with the awesome line of meatless products available now, I can still make all of our family’s favorite meals.
Whether it’s Taco Tuesday made with crumbles or our favorite Sunday morning Egg and Meatless Sausage Scramble made with faux Sausage Patties, meat-free meals are easy and delicious.
Here’s one of our favorites – Easy Meatless Chili. With only 5 ingredients, this recipe is super simple and perfect for your Meatless Mondays.
Quick and Easy Meatless Chili
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces meatless crumbles (I use MorningStar Farms or Boca)
1 can (14 oz) tomato puree
1 package chili seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) chili beans, undrained
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
How easy is that?
Whether you like it with a few crackers or eat it like my husband, over nachos with cheese, this Meatless Chili is fast and simple and sooooo good!

Your recipe looks beautiful and super easy! I might just have to try it with the griller original burgers since the crumbles aren’t vegan. Thanks for the inspiration!

I was wondering how you were going to make a meatless chili – just add more beans? What a great substitute for meat and I really like the fact that it only needs 5 ingredients!

That looks delicious. I would pair it with some homemade cornbread and make it all disappear.
