I think my husband would love to find a gift card inside his beer carton or his lunch bag.
I would put a gift card inside a box that had a shirt in it as a gift. Then he would be surprised by the card!

I think a clever way would be to give a new wallet, but one that is really crappy looking so he would think it is a horrible gift, then put the gift card on the inside. I did that with my mom when she said she wanted a new camera. I put some piece of junk I got from Dollar General on top in the box with the real camera underneath.
I would put it in my dad’s beer cooze. He would love that and think it was the best present ever.
I’d wrap up the gift card as usual in a small box and gift wrap, then get my hands on a small crate with a top and nail it shut! I’d tie up the crate with big ribbons and attach a hammer to the bow tie. He’ll have to work at it to get his gift but would love every minute of it.
I would have it wrapped with a bow in one of the drawers, and then ask my husband to go get me something out of that drawer.

This is something that was done to me when I was younger and I would probably do this to my husband or dad as well. Take the card and place it in an item that one typically doesn’t find additional interesting object in, such as a pencil box, and place it within another box with various other items for one of them. The main box would be wrapped before I gave it to him. This way it would be a complete surprise when he opened the smaller object containing the card.
I would make a crafty little box, put the card in it and leave it on his dresser.
Kiddos made daddy a shirt. I would fold it up in there with his Jelly beans and other man toys we bought for the special day.

My dad isn’t much into packaging, so I probably wouldn’t do a lot. Maybe duct tape it to something 😉
I would put it inside a hollowed out book that doesn’t interest him! (I would find one at a thrift store that looked new).
I would put it in a basket full of soaps. My hubby loves getting body soap, bar soaps and shaving supplies as gifts. Thank you!
My hubby doesn’t appreciate creative things like I do so I would just put it in a card 🙂

For a father’s day present, I would use this towards a rope hammock to relax in.

i love putting together gift baskets with lots of different things that way he is more likely to find something he likes.

My dad loves the NY Giants, I’d get one of those stuffed Giants footballs and cut a slit in it & put the gift card in there. then have my dad play catch with me. 😉
I would put it in his camera bag . He builds his own props, so this would be a great gift for him.
