When I was growing up, my father taught my brothers and me how to use all sorts of tools. My father loved to build things and would always let us help when it was safe. I still love to build things and love owning lots of tools for any repair or project that might come along.
When I got married, I brought all sorts of tools, drills and saws to the relationship. I kept everything clean and put away with the rest of the tools. When I needed anything, I knew exactly where it would be.
Fast forward 10 years and my tool collection isn’t anything close to what it once was. My husband has borrowed my our tools and used them for his own projects. They’ve been left in the rain, left in his car and left at his office. The screwdriver bits and drill bits have all been lost and my hole saws are rusted. I finally stopped asking over and over for everything to be put back, gave my husband the entire set and decided to get new tools for myself.
Although I’m still planning to get more drills and accessories, one thing I needed immediately was a basic tool set. I decided to get a pink set so there wouldn’t be any mixing the tools up. And with two little girls in the house, I’ve become a fan of all things pink. 🙂
So here is my new pink tool set. It’s from Apollo Tools and I absolutely LOVE it.
I love my new tool kit! It’s girly and pink and cute, but will still get the job done. I’m already planning a few small projects for Spring Cleaning, hanging up shelves and hanging racks to get organized, and can’t wait to use the cordless screwdriver. I’ve already used the hammer, tape measure and scissors. It’s so nice to have everything handy in one spot when I need a tool.
So if you’ve ever loaned a tool to a neighbor (or husband!) and had trouble getting it back, be sure to check out the easy to identify pink tool sets at Apollo Tools. They have other colors too, if you’re not feeling particularly snazzy. 🙂
And for your gardeners, check out these cute Pink Gardening Sets. Love them!
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each pink tool set is donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. BCRF is dedicated to preventing and finding a cure for breast cancer by funding research worldwide. For more information about BCRF, visit www.bcrfcure.org.

Yes, I know the feeling that pink tool set is a winner. I can’t keep a screwdriver because of my man. Just love the color pink.

I have seen these. I have always been concerned about the strength of them though. Do they really hold up?

I’ve only been using them for a few weeks, but so far I’ve used the hammer, rechargeable screwdriver with different bits, scissors and tape measure. They all seem very sturdy and well built. The giveaway is here (sorry posted the review on FB). https://ahelicoptermom.com/pink-apollo-tools-giveaway
Maybe you can try them for free and you have nothing to lose. 🙂
